What's the minimum order?
25 tubes for the starter tier. Below that, our retail pack options (1, 5, 10) are the better choice.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer. Established accounts can apply for 30-day payment terms after the third order.
How quickly do trade orders ship?
Within 24–48 hours from our Glasgow lab. Larger orders may take an extra working day.
Do you ship trade orders to the EU?
Yes — fully tracked. EU buyers are responsible for any local VAT or duty.
