How to Return
Post It Back
We'll confirm the return address. Use tracked postage — return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Refund Issued
Refunds processed within 3 working days of receipt to the original payment method.

How long do I have to return?
14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Do I pay return postage?
Yes, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was shipped in error. In those cases we cover return postage.
When will I get my refund?
Within 3 working days of us receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account within a further 3–5 working days depending on your bank.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Email triplexnumb.co.uk with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes — just let us know in your initial email which pack size you'd prefer instead.
