What is Triple X Numb?
A maximum strength topical anaesthetic cream designed for tattoos, piercings and cosmetic procedures. Active ingredient: lidocaine.
How long does it last?
Up to 4 hours of numbness from a single application when used correctly under cling film.
How fast does it work?
Numbing begins within 20–30 minutes. For full depth, wait the full 30–45 minutes before your session.
What's the active ingredient?
Lidocaine — a clinically proven topical anaesthetic. Our formula is manufactured to UK pharmaceutical standards.
Where is it made?
Formulated and packed in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
Using It
How do I apply it?
Clean the area, apply a thick layer of cream, cover with cling film and wait 30–45 minutes. See our How to Use guide for full step-by-step instructions.
Is it safe for broken skin?
No. Never apply Triple X Numb to broken, irritated or sunburnt skin. For touch-ups during a session, use a numbing spray instead.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
No. We do not recommend use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your GP before any use if unsure.
Do I need to patch test?
Yes. Always patch test 24 hours before first use by applying a small amount to your inner forearm.
One tube — how much does it cover?
One 10g tube comfortably covers an area roughly the size of an A5 sheet. For larger pieces, allow more.

How quickly do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders go out Monday.
How much is shipping?

Yes — we ship across the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Can I return it?
